Job Overview 

• The role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate accounting of strategic sourcing transactions, including customer recoveries, vendor payables, and purchase orders. It involves managing intercompany transactions, performing regular reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with audit and local tax requirements. 

Roles and Responsibilites

• Timely and Accurate Reconciliation of Strategic Sourcing Customers
• Periodic reconciliation of strategic sourcing customers
• Clearing of open items through customer billing or vendor invoice accounting
• Timely accounting of any forex losses/gains for strategic sourcing transactions 
• Ensure correctness of invoicing as per local requirements
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and identify potential risks to avoid tax losses
• Timely and accurate responses to audit queries related to the strategic sourcing function
• Strong understanding of intercompany transactions
• Timely and accurate accounting of vendor payables 
• Timely and accurate creation of purchase orders
• Timely and accurate accounting of customer recoveries

• B.com
• CA/CWA Inter

Experience

• Minimum - 2 yrs
• Maximum - 4 yrs
